Cranberries are high in vitamins A and C, iodine and calcium. They also contain tannins which is an antioxidant and flavonoids which can help to reduce the risk of some cancers.

Cranberries have anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties. They also have the benefits of reducing urinary and bladder infections, preventing kidney stones, maintaining a healthy heart, decreasing cholesterol levels, increasing blood flow and inhibiting ulcer causing bacteria.
