Benefits of apricots
Apricots are a good source of vitamins A, C and E; they also contain potassium, boron, iron, magnesium and fibre.
Apricots are high in beta carotene which is an antioxidant. Vitamin A can help to prevent plaque build up in arteries, which in turn can prevent heart disease. They also help to normalise blood pressure, maintain normal body fluid levels and have anti-cancer properties.
